Steepleview Realty closes 107 transactions
Steepleview Realty, which as three offices in North County, closed 107 transactions last year that totaled $12 million in sales, according to the company. Owners Jennifer and Paul Segala honored the company's agents for their 2011 efforts at Steepleview's annual "Celebration of Success" gathering on Jan. 7. Pauline Green was Steepleview's top producing agent with over $4 million in sales followed by Deb Trczinski with $2 million, and Ruth Goyette with $1.5 million. Christine Girard, Pat Roberts, and Sean Taylor each closed with over $1 million in sales. Charley Kelly, Pam Rosasco, Bob Hillard, and Bonnie Hayden were all acknowledged for their contributions under $1 million. Steepleview maintains offices in Adams, North Adams, and Williamstown.
