I am a native Berkshire County resident, I graduated from Drury High school and Mass College of Liberal Arts with a degree in marketing, I have been in real estate for 24 years. I am also, a state certified real estate instructor with 19 years of teaching experience. I live in Cheshire with my Husband Paul and my two sons Troy and Austin .
Paul Segala (Co-Owner / Property Manager)
An Adams native currently residing in Cheshire, I am the property manager of all realty owned by Steepleview Realty. I assist my wife, Jennifer in the management of the company and help promote the community relations for our company.
Pauline Green (Sales Manager)
A Massachusetts Broker and CBR (Certified Buyer's Representative)and an Adams native I am a 1984 graduate of the Lee Institute of Real Estate. I have been an active part of Berkshire County Real Estate for many years. I've has been with Steepleview Realty since it's inception in 1998. Licensed in both Mass and Vermont, my management background has made me a good candidate for office sales manager at Steepleview. I have experience in modular construction, and can guide a buyer through purchasing land and building their dream home. I live in Adams with my family and pets.
Ruth Goyette (Sales Associate/Ad writer)
A native of Berkshire County, I’ve been practicing real estate since 1998 and came into the business from a background in public school education as a music teacher. I live in Adams with my husband Paul "PJ" and my three children, Evan, Katie & Nathan. I enjoy singing and perform with the Berkshire Lyric Theater Chorus and Camerata Ensemble at many community musical events in and around the county.
Debra Trzcinski (Sales Associate)
An Adams native and graduate of Gateway School of Real Estate, I have been practicing Real Estate full time for over 18 years and have been associated with Steepleview Realty since its beginning. My back ground in real estate began over 30 years ago when my husband and I rehabbed our first building. Since then we have owned and managed numerous rental properties in the area. My personal experience has lead to a specialization in residential and investment property sales. I am also a certified energy auditor and worked in the energy conservation field for over 10 yrs currently reside in Cheshire with my husband Paul and have three grown children; Kristy, Michael and Daniel.
Daniel LaPlante - (Sales Associate)
An Adams native, I have been licensed in real estate since 1976. Currently the manager of the Adams Ambulance Service and a 25 year member of the Cheshire Volunteer Fire Department. I presently live in Cheshire with my wife Carol and I am very active in community events.
Charley Kelly - (Sales Associate)
A native of North Adams I currently reside in Clarksburg with my wife Lucille. A broker for 37 years, I was an agent with Milanesi Real Estate. A member of the Steepleview Realty team since 2000 I look forward to serving Northern Berkshire buyers and sellers for many years to come.
Christine Girard - (Sales Associate)
A lifelong resident of Berkshire County and a graduate of MCLA I hold a Bachelors Degree in marketing. I have been active in business management and real estate for over 20 years. Specializing in Residential and Multi Family sales and development. I am a member of the North Adams Traffic Commission and on the board of directors with Landmark Credit Union.
Colleen Taylor -(Sales Associate)
Colleen Taylor Reinhard is owner/operator of both Taylor's Fine Dining and the Freight Yard Pub, Colleen grew up in Southington, CT , She graduated with a degree in business from Emmanuel College in Boston with the Class of 1991. Colleen moved to the Berkshires and purchased the Freight Yard Pub in the Heritage State Park in North Adams. She also owned the Water Street Grill & Mullberry and Company, a small gift shop in Williamstown.Colleen has been a Corporator of Mountain One Financial for 9 years and was President of the Williamstown Community Preschool for 5 years. She has volunteered as coach of a Cal Ripkin youth baseball team, Board Member of the Berkshire County Lacrosse Association, and a Williamstown Elementary School room parent. She has also been a substitute teacher at both the Williamstown Elementary School and McCann Technical School, a teacher at Dancecapade dance school and a volunteer CCD teacher at St. Patrick's Church in Williamstown.
Of her many accomplishments, Colleen remains most proud of her three children with whom she resides in Williamstown.

I'm a veteran of the health care industry I've worked for the VNA and other elder health care providers for years. I still maintain a few clients in the health care field but an mainly a full time real estate agent servicing the North Berkshire area.
Bob Hillard, Jr. - (Broker Associate)
I have been licensed in Massachusetts since 2005 after many years in the automobile business where I had been a Commercial Truck Manager at Haddad Motors in North Adams, MA. General Sales has been a great passion to me and for the past 15 years I feel that I have done an excellent job serving clients to the best of my ability. I love helping people accomplish their goals and also have the understanding that after living in Berkshire county all my life, I will see past and future clients in the local market and stores. Sean Taylor - (Sales Associate)
I was born in Boston, but raised in Connecticut. I settled in the Berskhires 17 years ago to open up a restaurant. I am the proud Co-Owner of Freight Yard Pub and Taylors restaurants in North Adams. As my restaurants have grown to be successful and did not need as much of my attention I decided to go into real estate. I recieved my real estate license in 2007 after completing the Gateway School of Real Estate and decided to join the Steepleview family becuase of their progressive philosophy. Cindy Gross - (Sales Associate)
A native of the Berkshires, I hold a Master’s degree in Education. I recently retired from my counseling position at McCann School, and currently work there as a consultant. My professional background and passion for working with families and children have led me into the world of real estate, where I feel I can serve the members of the community in buying and selling homes.
I am a member of the Pioneer Valley Board of Realtors, Berkshire Applied Technology Council Board, and Berkshire Tech Prep Board. I live in North Adams, and have three grown daughters, Coleen, Trista and Kacey
Carol Corrigan - (Sales Associate)
I have been an Adams resident for over 25 years. I was born and raised north of Boston and moved to the Berkshires in 1971 to attend MCLA (North Adams State College). I have been part of the business community in Northern Berkshire County for many years.
I am a member of the Berkshire Dance Theatre Board of Directors, Adams Cheshire Regional School District School Committee, Adams Event Planning Committee and MCLA Alumni Board of Directors. A graduate of Gateway School of Real Estate, I have been a referral agent for Steepleview since 2005 and I am now a full time Sales Associate. I currently live in Adams with my husband Tom. I have two grown daughters Bernadette Lupo and Bianca Trzcinski.
Mark Taylor - (Sales Associate)
Orinally from Connecticut relocated to the area 20 years ago with my family, who owns and operated Freight Yard Pub and Taylors restaurant. I have 15 years in Land sales and development with Red Stone Properties of Williamstown. Currently live in Adams with my daughter Kiara. I am involved in community activities including stride adaptive sports at Jiminy Peak, out door enthusiest. I bring to Steepleview my expertise in land sales and my dedication to my community.
